Gordon has over 40 years experience in direct facilities management operations, encompassing safety, security, capital improvements, contract management and maintenance. Gordon has coordinated annual capital improvement budgets for large residential, commercial and heritage buildings.

Gordon has broad experience in all facets of facility management including Federal, State and Local Government agencies and specializes in high rise commercial, residential and multi-use properties.

Gordon has valuable experience in the maintenance and refurbishment (including high profile heritage properties) and the management of concierge staff, contractors and project managers.
